...............Do You Remember Rehearsing in da basement? May not have been your basement, but it was somebody's basement. How bout when there was a band rehearsing on every block, where you were listening to some Parliament, The Brother's Johnson, Rufus, Labelle, Graham Central Station.......Oooooohhhhh, not sure if all of y'all go back that far LOL ......But, the point is, remember practicing songs where there were actually bassists, guitarists and keyboardists you were checkin out and stealin their licks?

Well, I wanna bring those days back. So, meet me at the Village Underground , Monday April 2nd at 9:30p and bring back the blue light, black velvet painting days! I wanna have a spot where all the musicians and singers who are really serious about their craft can come down, stretch, jam with some of New York's BEST musicians and make MAGIC happen! Gonna do this so we can experience that thing that happens when everyone on the bandstand is willing and able to surrender the music. Wanna have something where we can teach the younger musicians and singers comin' up, who are SERIOUS about this thing called music, how to just let the music take you and the listener on a journey. Wanna give those who really LOVE Music but don't get to really hear it and experience it in it's purest state a chance to check out this universal language in a way they can't find anywhere else.

Now, this is for the best of the best and the most serious, and those who really wanna grow. So, how bout it? You down? If so, meet the rest of us who are like minded, like spirited and ready to JAM!!!!!!!!!!
